Illumina (NASDAQ:ILMN) investor Carl Icahn has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the company’s former CEO Francis de Souza and certain members of its board.
Several Icahn companies filed the lawsuit under seal in a Delaware court on Tuesday. Details of the lawsuit weren’t immediately available, according to Bloomberg.
On Friday, EU regulators ordered Illumina to divest Grail, a cancer detection test company it acquired for around $7B in 2021.
EU and US regulators have been pushing for an unwinding of the acquisition, which was completed without regulatory approval.
