Nasdaq (NASDAQ:NDAQ) appointed ex-UBS Group (UBS) executive Sarah Youngwood as its new finance chief, effective Dec. 1, 2023, the company said Tuesday
Ann Dennison, who has served as the exchange operator’s CFO since 2021, will stay at the company until year-end to ensure a smooth transition.
Youngwood served as CFO of Swiss lender UBS (UBS) since March 2022, and decided to transition to a senior advisor at the close of its Credit Suisse (CS) deal in mid-June. Before joining UBS, she held a number of executive roles at U.S. megabank JPMorgan Chase (JPM) after joining in 1997.
Reuters first reported that Nasdaq (NDAQ) was preparing to hire Youngwood as its new CFO.
