To apply:
- Review the criteria. Familiarize yourself with the criteria for the award, including sharp and sustained customer focus, deep collaboration across the organization, and quantifiable outcomes for customers, employees, and the business.
- Gather information. Collect the necessary information and permissions required for the application. Ensure you have the support of two senior executives who are willing to participate in a discussion of your company’s customer obsession at one of Forrester’s CX Summits.
- Complete the entry form. Fill out the entry form, providing detailed responses to the questionnaire. Use up to five slides or visuals to support your application, if desired.
- Submit before the deadline. The deadline for applications is March 5, 2024. Ensure you submit your entry before the closing date to be considered for the award.
- Await the judging process. A panel of Forrester experts will review all applications, shortlist nominees, and conduct interviews if necessary. The judging process will be confidential, and all entries will be treated with the utmost privacy and respect.
